2018 State Energy Conference, April 17-18, Raleigh, NC.
College and university students are invited to showcase energy focused research, capstone, and community projects as poster presentations during the 2017 State Energy Conference.
Posters will be selected for display at the conference based on overall quality and relevance to the conference theme. Please note that student posters may be submitted with reference to multiple "authors," but at least one individual must plan to be registered for, and be a presenter, at the conference. The person listed as the presenter for your poster will receive a complimentary registration to the State Energy Conference. If you enter co-presenters, the co-presenters must also register for the State Energy Conference at the student rate of $49. Only one presenter per poster will be given a complimentary registration.
Poster presenters will be expected to bring their posters (48" wide X 36" high) to the McKimmon Center on Monday, April 10, between 3:00pm to 6:00pm. No posters will be accepted after 6:00pm Monday, April 10.
All posters will be displayed throughout the day; however, a designated poster presentation period will take place so the conference attendees can meet with poster presenter(s) and presenter(s) can respond to questions. Student(s) who will be presenting the poster for their group should be present to answer judges' questions at 3:00pm on Tuesday April 11th.
We look forward to your participation at the conference. If you have any questions, please email Marie Melendez.
